Agricon Indonesia (ACI) - Agricon Premium Product Nation wide Main Distributor and Demand Creation with 10 Sales and Marketing Region.o PT Agricon Putra Citra Optima (APCO / TERMINIX Indonesia) - Nation-wide Pest Control service with 35 Branch Office o PT. Asia Gala Kimia (AGK) - Agrochemical B2B Tradingo PT. Agricon Sentra Agribisnis (ASABI) - Green House, Irrigation, Hydroponics and Modern Farming o PT. Panca Agro Niaga Lestari (PANL) - Agriculture chemical, tools and machinery nation wide distributor with 13 branch / warehouse.

2014 – 2016 as IT Manager2010 – 2014 as IT Supervisor 2007 – 2010 as ERP Support ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Providing IT Service effectively and efficiently, independently and/or in collaboration with third parties (IT Business Partner) in supporting Terminix Indonesia Business.• Planning, budgeting, executing, reviewing IT Department strategic initiatives in order to support Agricon Group Business. • Lead daily Operations of IT Department team which divided into 3 sub-departments: operations-service desk, infrastructure-network, business applications.• Lead IT project • Create IT policy, procedure and documentation.PROJECT AND ACCOMPLISHMENT 2015• Implementing Terminix Branch Operational System (BOS)• Transform Terminix Business Process form Fully Manual by Excel into integrated operational system in less than 2 years, with only 3 IT team members2014• Analyze and design Terminix BOS and develop BOS system in collaboration with Vendor• Personally design BOS and re-enginered Terminix Business Process• Build, integrate and manage IT infrastructure and network for more than 25 branches office across Indonesia within 1 year.
