-Capital market oriented: engaged in the capital operations of 3 listed firms on China's A stock market, Apeloa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.（600739), Taiyuan Twin Tower Aluminum Oxide Co., Ltd.(000795),Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co., Ltd.（002056), which are subsidiaries of Hengdian Group Holdings Limited. We conducted the asset reconstructuring of Apeloa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. at the end of 2012, including the integration of quality pharmaceutical assets controlled by Hengdian Group and the directed additional protocal.-Internal financial controls: based on the listed firms internal control requirements of China's Securities Regulatory Commission, my job is engaged in how to improve and perfect the internal controls of listed firms. I participated in the internal control systems re-engineering of 3 listed firms.The new internal controls systems have been implemented in 2013. Besides, planning and controlling the daily expenditure of headquarters is also included in my job. - Communication: performing efficient and effective communication at work environment, both intra-departmental and inter-departmental. I take responsible for the coordinations with HIK-Vision (002415), and assist my boss to dispose the files of their board of directors.- Schedule: making appropriate travel and meeting arrangements and reminding the vice president of the daily schedules.- Word processing: writing comprehensive documents including letters, reports, meeting minutes, etc.- Visitors: receiving and directing visitors in an appropriate way- Public Relationship: working with related parties to handle external/public relations- Filing: comprehensive filing jobs including document collecting, categorizing, analyzing, etc.- Others: other temporary job assignments including project supervision, coordination, and implementation.
