- Performed supply market research to evaluate low-cost countries for global sourcing, focusing on: 1) where are the “low cost countries” based on the principle of “Total Cost of Ownership” and 2) how long will these countries’ cost base stay low and competitive based on the theory of “ demographic bonus”;- Result of the study confirmed the company’s current sourcing choices and provide valuable alert that within the forecasted time scope, certain countries will exist being low cost country due to demographic development
