Entering the Hospitality Industry as a Waitress, I couldn't expect that asummer job will turn into a lifelong career. Fascinated by this dynamic,changing, extremely multi-tasking, an unpredictable environment, I decidedonce and for all – that's where my heart belongs!10 years after, I have no regrets about that choice.
