He is an professor at Zhejiang Wanli University, PR China. He has been working on fully homomorphic encryption since 2011. His research interests include fully homomorphic encryption and blockchain. He received his BSc in mathematics in 1994 and his MSc in computer software and theory in 2004 and his PhD in cryptography in the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2015.He was an academic visitor at Royal Holloway, University of London, Information Security Group from Aug 2013 to Aug 2014. He was a visiting researcher at State Key Laboratory of Information Security, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2017 to 2018. Honorary academic advisor of the Asian Blockchain Academic Institute.
