I had overall responsibility for supporting local client development and related support to nine company offices throughout China. I managed a team of three people. My key role was to work with regional and overseas offices to develop, implement and deliver a strategy for the firm to promote the firm's image, capture the market's attention, proactively seek out new clients and business partners, whilst maintaining and developing existing client relationships.My achievements include:· I maintained relationships with key clients and targets to ensure that the on-going needs of the client were met. In this respect I worked closely with and communicated with Partners within different business lines/disciplines, both locally and abroad in support of local, regional or overseas initiatives;· I set up a team & management structure to facilitate marketing initiatives or to review and action recommendations and directives received from Partners. This included all aspects of marketing work;· I was a regular presenter and speaker at client resentations and at internal and external conferences and events. I also attended and contributed to exhibitions in London and Xiamen to further extend the firms brand both within China and overseas;· I was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industry interest groups. I established links with the chambers of commerce for Germany, America, Britain and Europe. I also had overall responsibility for PR matters;· I take charge of online marketing strategy including website, searching machine, newsletter, press release and kinds of database for research and analysis;· I established and implemented an advertising strategy, for the Firm. This involved developing cooperative relationships with 30 different media companies; and· I was responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's marketing literature and materials in both English and Chinese.

· I assisted the Marketing Manager to plan and implement many events to publicize CNNG. My principal role was to provide support to my Manager and the rest of the team. As part of this I was responsible for different marketing areas, including event planning, budgeting and event organization; and· I initiated a market research and competitor intelligence programme to better understand market conditions and client needs.· I arranged more than one hundred events to publicize the company in cities across China. In addition to the general administrative side of event organizing, I was also responsible for contract negotiations. At these exhibitions, I was responsible for the development and release of all pre-sales promotional literature and material; and· I was responsible for all PR matters with our manufacturers, including SONY, SUMSUNG, LENOVO, and IBM. This involved maintaining regular contact with our manufacturers and working with them on contract and other issues resolution and I worked closely with the Marketing Manager to establish and maintain good relationships with the media.
