• Formulate and implement work standards, policies and guidelines. Write up documentation and upload on knowledge sharing platforms.
• Supervise and support offshore teams during surveys duration to ensure data quality and project schedules are met.
• Review and train onshore/offshore personnel.

• Lead a team of geophysicists, manage available resources, plan project schedule and close liaison with clients to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure the highest standards of QC and testing procedures are met.
