• Build the digital technical team from 0 to 1, design the technical development roadmap, establish development regulations• Design the bigdata platform architecture, establish the platform from 0 to 1, including batch and stream processing pipeline, develop customized features on CDH components• Design the data model of data warehouse, extract source data from business systems, transfer data and compute business indices, develop task scheduler system• Take charge of data governance, design data governance platform and related technical solution, gather and maintain DW metadata, indices catalog, master data, data lineage etc.• Design and develop pc and app applications to visualize the data and indices, develop data API for business systems• Build and manage the technical team (9 persons), including data engineers, application developers and testing engineers. Evaluation deep learning, NLP algorithm solutions. • Design application system technical solution, design application system high available and high performance solution, design API standard，follow up system performance and function, provide solutions accordingly. • Design Testing Standards, incl. application system testing and data testing, standardize testing environment and online standard and process. • Design data management solution and policy and implement it in daily work. Provide workable solutions on data standard, quality, safety, meta data、master data, etc. • Build up big data platform and application for GuoSheng Securities, incl big data platform, smart marketing data, account analysis and user profile, bigdata reporting system, intelligent recommendation system, etc. • Develop big data product direction, design and develop tools like smart marketing data and investment strategy, smart market analytics, stockholding daily reporting for customers. • Build up and optimize project management and develop process and policy; Identify and monitor problems in projects, control project timing and quality. Co-work with Operation dept to design and monitor process and policy. Clarify roles and responsibilities for different groups, changing the team into a high-efficient and co-operative team. • Develop the organization chart of the department, identify key talents, clarify roles and responsibility for different roles. Set and evaluation targets and goals for the team; Responsible for budget planning and monitoring.

• As a co-founder, build tech teams of the company from scratch including big data development team, system development team and IT & Ops team• Establish the entire data related systems, including system database, data warehouse, big data platform (real-time & batch) and data collection system• Design data production based on big data platform, plan evolution direction and business model of the data production• Design the tech architect and algorithms on data analysis projects, such as customer portfolio and liquidity forecast• Manage and maintain the data processing regulations, master data, meta data and various databases• Design PMS system architect, compare and choose development tech, make solutions for any problem• Manage and build the tech team, make team member’s career plan and examine their performance

• Responsible for data architect within companywide, such as data warehouse, database and bigdata platform• Design and develop the Hadoop platform to store massive level-2 marketing data and financial data• Design and maintain master data and meta data• Design and develop data monitor system for data quality control• Publish development regulations on data development and data model• Lead the ETL team to deliver development result on time

• Lead BI team to develop financial BI system and data warehouse project• Analyze BI system requirement and design the system architecture• Build data warehouse model and develop ETL programs and reports• Design database schema of quantitative system and develop portfolio assessment model

• Analyze and design supply chain BI system for pc & print parts monitoring• Develop BI reports and corresponding ETL programs• Maintain BI system and troubleshoot any issues on the system• Maintain Oracle, SQL Server databases and tune the performance of these databases

• Develop embedded program on auto engine• Test the developed program coded with C++• Maintain the coding style and development regulations
