Looking after Infineon Greater China area audio and light electric vehicle (LEV) market, which includes mainly audio amplifiers and power discrete related products.1. Increase Infineon audio and LEV market share, and conduct market analysis to set appropriate growth target.2. Continuously update application roadmap and develop application strategy for market penetration.3. Propose pricing guideline for value base mark up for related audio & LEV project offerings.4. Develop and support Go to Market plan of audio and LEV application for sales and channel partners to enable continuous business growth.5. Work with Marcomm team to promote Infineon products and successful cases to create market visibilities for Infineon products.

Member of Infineon talent program IGP (International Graduate Program) - Explore new and potential business of various emerging applications, such as VUI & smart home - Fulfill 18 months training and finish assigned projects in Munich, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen - Build up relationship network globally within Infineon through the trainings and projects2. (35% Improvement). Apply Lean manufacturing principles on designing work sequence in packaging line . Redesign work environment, greatly reduces non-valued work such as long walking distances, and also reduces down time of packaging line. Downtime caused by human associated factors are all eliminated. Conduct task analysis to develop new tools for workers。 Modified the original package structure design and made 1000 prototypes of the new design, which are tested successfully and put into production in the packaging line.
