Ensured that all merchandise, garments PPS etc. will have proper approval from buyer before starting of the production.6. Ensured that garments production factory & other related backward linkage factories like printing, embroidery, washing etc. will have proper intimation regarding the production & shipment planning of the orders.7. Ensured that all sorts of papers/documents will be provided to the all concerned ( store, production department, quality control department, commercial department etc. ) before starting of the production.8. Ensured that the production of the orders will be started as per schedule.9. During production ensured that the daily production rates are upto the estimated quantities and their qualities are upto the mark of standard.10. Ensured that the production sample will be sent to buyer and factory`s keep copies to be maintained properly.11. Ensured that the goods will be inspected and shipped in due time.12. Ensured that the commercial department will make the shipment documents and sent to buyer`s bank timely and properly for the payment of shipment of the goods.13. Ensured that all sorts of communication with buyer from beginning to the end will be handled smoothly.14.
