• Responsible for managing the day to day operations of facilities to ensure the operations, maintenance, and vendor management standards of the contract are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. .• Lead and manage site construction projects-facility parts. including expansion project and continuous improvement project. Lead and participate 4 to5 projects each year.• Responsible for energy goal achievement, lead the energy reduction project. Reduce the utility consumption of each product by 32% in 3 years.• Responsible for the auditing work of government or and division, such as fire alarm and firefighting system, lighting protection, explosion protection, NG leakage detecting, high voltage system, waste water disposal, ISO14001 etc.Assure no legal compliance issue occurs in past few years. • Work closely with EHS to ensure all the company standard well reached.assit the EHS department to complete the EIA, SIA, HIA of original and new production line.
