While industrial supplies may not be my passion, creating meaningful value in the lives of others is. As a Product Manager at McMaster-Carr, I observe customer behavior, distill insights, identify frictions, and design solutions to enhance the digital product strategy for our desktop site, mobile site, and mobile app. Whether you are a production foreman keeping the manufacturing floor running or a mechanical engineer prototyping the next big thing, I want to make sure that no ballet recital, date night, or deadline is missed because my team has made finding and getting the products you need the easiest part of your job.
