Manage several IT projects, including the development of new projects and the maintenance of existing projects. I experienced the whole process of IT projects: apply budget from local government, call for bids, sign contract, project implementation, acceptance check, and payment. The main task is to communicate with different part of organizations (business department within the high court, IT department of intermediate court, technology companies, IT planning department and financial department of the local government, bidding agency, etc.) to complete IT projects from scratch.

As a staff software engineer, I worked on several software products, mainly the firmware update tool and configuration tool for STG products like BladeCenter Chassis and enterprise storage system (DS8000). I took different roles such as developer, tester and builder.
