For over 12 years, I have honed my communication and problem-solving skills, enabling me to relay information, resolve issues, and maintain relationships with the medical staff and clients.I am also passionate about organizational development and research, as shown by my recent project as a Consultant for Consumers Energy, a leading energy provider in Michigan. I conducted, analyzed, and presented data that helped the company expand and improve two key roles, as well as develop training and compensation plans. Additionally, I have published multiple articles on topics such as allergic rhinitis, mental health stigma, and cultural diversity, demonstrating my expertise and interest in various fields of psychology.
