Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)
CurrentDuties/Responsibilities:1. Recording and processing of transaction through accounting software (Tally/ERP & Oracle Database System).2. Monitor the day to day operation and preparation of MIS report of Accounts & Finance Department.3. Review the cash flow requirement to ensure that there are sufficient fund available to meet operation.4. Monitor of funds utilization as per company policy.5. Review the Bank reconciliation statement.6. Plan & Implement a system of controls, procedures, and forms for fixed assets register.7. Prepare the statement of accounts payable and receivable.8. Cover all functions of Provident Fund Accounts and other personnel files related issues of all compliance under AHL or as decided by themanagement from time to time.9. Ensure the implementation of IAS, BAS & IFRS10. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports.11. Monitor the whole banking requirements. Follow up existing bank interest / profit service charges etc as per sanction letter.12. Monitor the monthly departmental budgeting and actual expenses to expenditure.13. Projection of fund disbursement plan.Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures.14. Implement the internal control procedures.
