1、Responsible for Tellabs ADP 8800 , transport network 7100 and coriant DCI groove products PCB design .Including PCB feasibility analysis,materials selection and stackup design,placement and routing,DFM and DFT design and organize PCB review,gerber output and contact with PCB vendor for engineering question.For the designed PCB boards the highest rate of signals is 25 Gbps, PCB layers are from 20 to 30 and connection pins from 10000 to 30000.2、20% workload in signal simulation.Included DDRX signal quality and timing simulation by using Mentor Hyperlynx and 10 Gbps serial links passive channel simulation analysis by using 3D EM. Also done some DC drop analysis and fixed some hardware test issues with simulation analysis.3、Be familiar with common high speed PCB raw material characteristics and PCB fabrication process; Also know very well PCB assembly technological requirements of Flextronics and Jabil .

1、Worked in Huawei more than three and a half years and be mainly responsible for the wireless base station PCB design （including nodeb, gsm, lte products） ； Be familiar with BTS hardware principle； Successfully designed a variety of products (eg：RFU , RRU and LTE baseband processor board for high-speed SerDes 6.125G）2、Designed a number of mixed digital-analog signal board, familiar with the rules and methods about TRX board; designed several baseband processor board, a deep understanding of high-speed PCB design and EMC design rules; Designed a few - 48v power supply board and RF board ， have experience in the -48V power supply and RF design in PCB design;3、Visited PCB Suppliers and technological exchanges, and learning PCB process in PCB factory for several days ，so be familiar with PCB fabrication ; have 15 days learning about PCB assembly processes in Production workshop, Familiar with SMT, wave soldering, ICT and be bound to the PCB design; master DFM, DFX design;4、Have SI and PI simulation experience and have simulated two high-speed signals board, the simulation software is sigexplore and sqpi； on SIWAVE for PI simulation and S parameters analysis also have some experience; simply practice with ADS, HFSS, etc.
