I manage the project planning, budgeting, and execution, working with a team of sales and marketers to deliver high-quality service that meet customer needs and expectations.I also co-founded VCTRE Environmental Technologies LLC, a company that provides sustainable and cost-effective solutions for waste management and recycling. I oversee the business development, strategy, and partnerships, collaborating with various stakeholders and investors to secure funding and support for our projects. Through VCTRE, we have successfully implemented multiple waste-to-energy systems in different regions, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and generating renewable energy. My core competencies include finance, strategic planning, risk management, project management, engineering, and environmental technologies. I am proficient in English and Mandarin.
