 Creates and standardizes project specifications, coordination plans, teaming agreements, contracts, and co-location strategies for BIM implementation from design to preconstruction and through closeout; Creates 3D models, 4D simulations, and site logistics to visualize projects and show construction sequences for proposals, presentations, and project interviews; Conducts model-based estimating and scheduling; compares cost and schedule of multiple designs or materials options and develops the options/value engineering studies on demand for constructability reviews, decision support, design analysis, and quality assurance; Leads project constructability review and construction coordination between architect, engineers, and trades; Develops Facility Management Applications/turn over for building operation and facility maintenance; Educates and ensures that BIM standards and procedures are properly set up and followed by project teams; Provides direct, hands-on training of internal and external staff on the use of BIM-related concepts, software programs, and LEAN construction practices.  Researches and implicates innovative technologies and programs (Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Photogrammetry, Laser Scanning, etc.) to improve work efficiency.
