Attend to customers’ technical enquiries and documentation requests. Review customer specifications and ensure compliance. Manage, investigate and resolve customers’ quality feedback and provide closure through 8D report.

1) New Model Development - Create & decide new product quality specification & evaluation methods.- Prepare Quality Target Sheet (QTS) & Product Evaluation Sheet (PES).- Generate First Article (FA) checksheet & carry out FA Inspection.- Certify product performance by carrying out QC testing & issue QC report. - Involved in new models Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).- Update product’s technical information, process flow chart (PFC) & process control plan (PCP).- Verify bill of materials (BOM), user manual (UM) & dealer manual (DM).- Conduct Mass Production Approval Notice (MPAN) activities. 2) Warranty Return Handling- Conduct performance evaluation on returned product under warranty .- Issue warranty study report3) Production & QA Support- Handle First Article (FA) & Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities.- Process & product improvement study/ cost effectiveness project- Conduct supplier’s Audit.- Work with supplier to resolves product NC issues.- Review supplier’s control plans & inspection standards.- Prepare Work Instructions (WI) & mentor QA inspectors for new checking methods.
