Providing legal guidance and advice to the capital development authority on various matters, such as contracts, regulations, policies, disputes, and litigation.Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as agreements, memoranda, opinions, and reports.Conducting legal research and analysis on relevant laws and precedents.Representing the capital development authority in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the legal and ethical standards of the capital development authority.Developing and implementing legal strategies and solutions to protect the interests and objectives of the capital development authority

Write and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) with Project ManagerSupport and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and build strong partnershipsAdvise and assist project team on company processes (PMI and ISO 9001)Perform Risk analysis and escalate quality issuesConduct Site auditsVerify deployment quality based on:Customer contract requirementsCompany requirements (e.g. manuals, checklists, guidelines, ISO 9001)Report and resolve deviations/non-conformances with project functionsCheck and improve site operatives’ competence and awareness on SOPsCheck Tools/accessories and their calibration status (if applicable)Address Environment, Health & Safety issuesPrevent low-quality projects from going live

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.Posting all inter region transaction & preparing monthly reconciliation.Customer dealing, Customer front end facing.Prepare day to day Petty cash book, Attendance, salaries, overtime etc.Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)Posting all related transaction to coordinate with Budget Analyst.Ensuring that all transaction are summarized & posted to the proper accounts Posting and ensuring all monthly accruals coordinate with Budget Analyst & Other related Dept.Clearing and controlling Interface errors every month Checking that all the interfaces are done properly and posted to accounts.Posting all inter region transaction & preparing monthly reconciliation.Clearing & Controlling all Advance & Accrual accounts by coordinating with Payable Dept & Other related Dept.Solving accounting related issues.Preparing all Balance Sheet Schedules and submitting to the Manager for review before the deadline every month.Preparing all related Payroll Schedules by coordinating with HR Dept & Payroll Section.Liaised with Internal & External Auditor for audit queries.Verifying the interfaces from other sub ledgers.
