To Manage Supplies for 600-800 k garments/month

Looking after all planning activities from Yarn to Packing (spinning, dyeing, weaving, CSG, shipments) etc.Looking after STORES matters (Receiving, Issuance, Stacking, Auditing etc) for local & Imported Raw material, Chemicals, Sundries, Labels & Spare parts.Looking after Raw & Finish Inventories (Garments, Fabric, Yarn etc)Looking after Shipments to customers as per SOPs.Responsible for transportation to manage deliveries well in time.Prepare Purchase Analysis for purchased material to save company’s asset & arrange to manage the budgeted item.Responsible for cost cutting keeping in view the stock levels.Liaison with customer/agents for local & imported deliveries.Follow up of Fast Moving items to ensure the sufficient stock levels to maintain agreed work in process level.Playing a key roll for the implementation of MAXIMO (Machine Maintenance) software.Playing a key roll for the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.

All planning related activities like mentioned below for CBL.Procurement of all types of materials, imported or local, as per requirement.Responsible for the release of consignments from Sea Port / Air ports on cargo arrival through E-mirsal.Responsible to release the shipment related documents from Banks for cargo release.Responsible for the establishment of Letter of Credits, Bank Shipping Guarantees & Trust Receipts etc.

Continuously plan & monitor the production lines to ensure these are loaded as per optimum capacity.Planning all types of schedules for all facilities e.g. Textile plans, Sewing Line Loading & Wash Plans etc. Planning of Material Management by keeping in view the minimum cost of overheads.Preparation of analysis for Actual Vs Plan/Budget.Preparation shipment schedule for different customers.Prepare Calendar to show in hand orders/projections for the requirement of future bookings based on capacities.Development of new formats for accurate, brief & instant reporting. Communicate effectively with supervisors & management to resolve work flow problems.Manipulation of MIS using Statistical Analysis Techniques for further decision making.Coordinating with the executives based on client’s feedbacks. Integrating products/service related issues & handling various customer enquiries.Keeping record of samples received & their feed back.
