As a Procurement Executive at Destination Plus Tourism LLC, I am responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with various vendors and suppliers for the travel and tourism industry. I leverage my sourcing expertise and market knowledge to ensure the best quality, price, and service for our clients and partners.Prior to joining Destination Plus, I worked as a Compliance Manager at Well Fabrics & Well Composite Knit Limited, where I was promoted from an HR Officer. I managed the compliance development and audit processes for the textile and garment manufacturing company, ensuring adherence to local and international standards and regulations. I also handled employee relations, performance management, and training and development for the workforce of over 2000 employees. Additionally, I was the center in-charge for the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP), a government initiative to provide skills training and certification to unemployed and underemployed youth.I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from America Bangladesh University, where I studied various aspects of law, such as constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, and international law. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to different domains and contexts.
