In my current role of Chief of Staff at Huspy, a Sequoia backed property technology company, my scope includes operations, mergers and acquisitions, expansion, culture, recruitment, special projects, as well as investors and board relations. I joined Huspy in the very early days to launch its first international market; we were the first start-up in the region to choose a European market as our first international expansion leading to a very successful Series A led by Sequoia with participation from Founders Fund and Breyer Capital.Previously, I was a Manager at Bain & Company where I worked with executives in the private and government sectors on various projects such as strategy, optimization of operations and organizations, acquisitions, setting up of new business lines and government bodies, etc. I started my career with one of the largest family owned conglomerates in the GCC, working in the real estate and hospitality vertical, managing a portfolio of hospitality assets including four 5-star hotel properties with 1K+ keys and 30+ F&B outlets including international brands such as St Regis, Kempinski, Hakkasan, Gordon Ramsay, etc. I received my bachelors of science in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University with a track in finance and a minor in global systems.
