 MR review , PO review , review and approval of all procurement QA documents vendor and sub-contractor coordination . Review draft tender documents and RFP in conjunction with other Dept prior to floating of enquiries. Equipment selection ( as above mention list ) . Unit selection and material finalization. Studying scope of works, project specifications and material specifications. Participate in identification of suppliers by researching product availability .great vendor list and issue solicitation documents to vendors to procure good in compliance with procurement procedure. Review and prepare contracts, work orders, letter of intent (LOIs) , etc for the award of various work packages for company projects . Expertise in all procurement activities involving planning, techno-commercial negotiations, scheduling and procurement of components. Strong qualifications in vendor development and analytical assessment, to strength effectiveness. Liaising with engineering department / project team for technical advice / concurrence. Planning , organizing , and controlling all requisite activities to perform such as techno commercial evaluation, negotiation , recommendation , ordering , expediting and tracking, reporting, logistic and delivery and payment processing , etc . Vendor management to reevaluate existing vendors, develop alternate vendors to continuously improve delivery and quality reliability. Holds distinctions of implementing various quality standards and technique for improving the plant operations along with energy conservation for cost saving. Responsible for procuring all high value equipment / material for mechanical related works. Knowledge in ERP implementation and horizon. Technical comparison according to project specifications and commercial negotiation and finalization Managing technical follow up of the equipment. Managing & leading Maintenance contracts ( Cost control , monthly targets ,Improving Work orders ,, preparing Quotations as per BOQ codes ,preparing payments as per Work orders )
