Consolidated Contractors Company is one of the leading construction companies in the middle east with around 15,000 staff and 15 projects in UAE.- Responsible for preparing the budget of the fixed assets department.- Reconciled labors camp records with the company’s records and ensured accuracy of the figures, - Implemented with the IT support a new system for controlling labor camps accounts. - I was responsible to control part of the P&L, reconciled CCC and China accounts and ensured accuracy of the figures.

Supporting a project for Regie Libanaise Des Tabacs et Tombacs:- Carried out building the organization structure for the whole company.- Defined the finance policies and procedures for; GL, AR, AP....- Examined the budget template and system and in process of providing new ERP system to be adopted.- Lead the process of launching a new costing system that was linked with the GL accounts.- Enhanced the company’s FS's by reconciling outstanding intercompany transactions totaling $5M in addition to reviewing receivables & payables accounts, etc.- Increased company performance by centralizing the finance department in Lebanon as the head office.
