● Providing level 2 and 3 support on-site and remote support to multiple clients. ● Configuring and troubleshooting network, firewalls, hardware, server, software, cloud and backup issues.● Using Connect Wise as a ticketing system, Labtech as remote management software, ITGlue for documentation and Rainbow for team communication. ● Perform various tasks such as managing, configuring, troubleshooting, Office365, Azure, Various windows version such as Windows 2012 and Windows 2016, Exchange 2010, MS Office, Sophos, StorageCraft, Vmware, routers and various windows applications. ● Perform various tasks such as managing, configuring, troubleshooting various hardware including printers, computers, servers, Shoretel phones and routers.● Assisting technical team with technical support and configuration when needed.● Working on projects with team. ● Generating health checks for customers.● Checking alerts and generating related tickets.
