Project Engineer
Current1st project:- supervising the finishing process of the offices on 21st and 22nd floors, and the high administrationoffices on the 36th floor of Al-Abdulkarim tower in Khobar. Each floor contains an area of 1200 m2.- supervising the following work:1- HVAC duct installation, isolation, and painting. And HVAC concealed units installation.2- Electromechanical work, light, and power outlet installation.3- false ceiling installation.4- wall gypsum partition, glass partition, and wall cladding.5- plumbing work, and bathroom renovation work.6- flooring work.7- furnishing distribution work.8- following up with contractors and suppliers.- Quantifying the quantities of work carried out and reviewing the statements, and revising the As-builtdrawings.- after offices were occupied, i was responsible for maintenance of these floors and AK residentialbuildings, showrooms, and their warehouse, where i faced and solved many difficulties since theseplaces were not maintained in a long time.2nd project:- Supervision on finishing procedure of a palace and a private villa project.- Main responsibilities:a. walls, floors, and wash basins Marle drawings and installing.b. home-automation smart system.c. gypsum decoration and false ceiling.d. cement board partition installatin.- Supervising the mechanical installation of facade stone, atcheived around 20% of a 2400 m2 facadewithin 3 monthes including window and belt cornish.- Quantifying the quantities of work carried out and reviewing the statements, for marble, and cementboard, mad stone claddings.- Supervising the plumping work for water supplay and drainage for bathrooms and kitchens.- supervision pavement work, from digging, leveling, to interlock installing.- Supervision on Block construction works.
