1.Coordinate strategy (sales, products marketing, pricing), budgets, forecasts and financial objectives in agreement with the General Manager;2.Monitor customers’ needs, competitor activity, and product development. 3.Keep track of sales figures and trends with the aim of achieving the budget and the set targets.4.Keep track of customer receivables and ensure on time payment.5.Visit accounts on a monthly basis;6.Offer technical support to the customer if possible.7.Prospect continually for potential customers;8.Introduction of new products.9.Undertake market updates/studies on products of interest to the Business Unit and keep updated client profiles;10.Present new ideas for new products and identify business opportunities and prepare, if accepted by top management, marketing plans and budgets for each country of concern.11.Monitor and manage continually the needs, availability and proper level of stocks of materials;12.Liaise with the manufacturer on technical and purchasing matters with the aim of boosting sales, and prepare reports to the supplier as requested;13.Supervise product specifications and quality ad expected by the customers and feed back results to the General Manager.14.Prepare monthly comprehensive written sales and development report to the General Manager.15.Proper implementation of the Quality Management System.

1.Monitor inventory control of the laboratory needs (Equipment, chemical products, and consumables) and suggest all needs and requirements.2.Undertake sampling tests of the all production and archeive samples.3.Visit the customers and provide the technical support needed: Analysis, product performance, comments on the result and technical recommendations.4.Conduct regular visits to the clients to ensure proper functioning and application of the product. 5.Provide technical support6.Keep an updated client technical portfolio.7.Development for new industrial paint application
