• Posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures. • Verify the invoices that have been submitted for approval and present it to the supervisor. • Prepare outstanding Accounts Payable Balance. • Prepare reconciliations for banks some in weekly basis and others in monthly basis • Responsible for the Banks Accounts. • Manage daily entry activities with integrity • Manage and Responsible For Cash Receipt Journal Entry. • Over Checking for Customers Accounts on request.• Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to keep him updated about the state of the affairs. • Assist in month end closing tasks. • Provide reports for weekly-monthly sales and fast move – slow move Companies
