With over 17 years of experience in the FMCG and Beauty industries, I currently lead the Beauty Business for Fattal Group in Iraq as its Head and serve as Managing Director for the legal entities under which beauty operates. I oversee three key business units: distribution of international brands, retailing of beauty products, and franchising of The Body Shop business. My career spans across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Lebanon, and Iraq, providing me with a deep understanding of diverse markets and cultures.I’ve consistently driven transformation, innovation, and growth. One of my biggest accomplishments was turning around Fattal’s Beauty Business in Iraq, making it profitable, sustainable, and agile. Other key achievements include the restructuring of Cosmeticca’s retail operations to become scalable and innovative. Additionally, I led a successful implementation and rollout of the SAP CO module at Procter & Gamble’s distributor in Pakistan. I also redefined our distribution unit trade offers aligning them with market demands and improving our competitive positioning in the market.I take great pride in leading a strong, engaged team with a high sense of ownership.
