Transactions: Provides executive leadership for all acquisitions and divestments within private equity and real estate, with AUMs of SR 8.1 billion ($ 2.2 billion). Analyzed regional and global markets, formed views on investment opportunities, and developed proposals for investment of the proprietary capital. Closely monitored and made recommendations on weightings and exposures for asset classes, geographies and duration. Participate in the development, assessment and structuring of investment opportunities in close coordination with the Real Estate and Private Equity departments.

Led the work on several transactions (over $3 billion) advising Investment Banks, Private Equity Houses as well as Family Offices on Initial Public Offerings, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Placements across multiple industries, mainly in Telecoms and Real Estate. The scope of work generally included financial due diligence, financial modelling and valuation advice. A number of those projects were cross-border transactions involving PwC offices in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Jordan.
