I started Olive Branch with a vision to give every child in our care a safe and loving home and we achieved this. The agency grew from 0 to 100 families organically within 5 years and achieved 2x Ofsted GOOD ratings. The success was down to building a passionate and driven staff team with a strong child centred ethos. There were no targets or incentives in place, a relaxed environment for staff to make the right decisions in the best interest of children. A truly fulfilling 5 years at the helm and an honour working with staff and foster carers who made a huge impact in children’s lives. My role as sole Director and Responsible Individual came to an end in September 2021.
