•Daily review and processing of SAP Billing reports and incoming adjustment requests•Review and process Debits, Credits, Mass Rebates settlements, Pallets, Retro EPD, as per documented processes, instructions, and SLA•Work closely with the A/R Teams, Business Units, Accounting, and IT to resolve billing and posting errors•Monitor invoicing runs and prepare invoices and month-end statements for distributions •Complete other reports and tasks as assigned by Senior Specialists and supervisor•Provide support for new implementations/acquisitions, SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and fixes•Coordinate and support auditor requests requirements as assigned •Participate and support Month-end and Year-end billing activities•Coordinate process documentation updates (internal and external) as necessary or annually•Work closely with team members to ensure team objectives and SLAs achieved daily•Prepare monthly reports, KPI, Dashboard, VFX3, SD credit, debit, FI credit, debit, Rebates, ticket deletion, and Audit reports•Process mass requests in an accurate manner and communicate within a timeframe•Coordinate and communicate with Account Reconciliation, Invoicing, Dispatch, Plants, Shared Services, and Sales teams, Cash Application, and any other necessary groups

•Maintain banking information in SAP for vendor existing within SAP for Canada and USA•Daily extend, modify, and create materials within SAP that directly impacting the company’s ability to execute a business process and the effectiveness of reporting•Analyze, create and maintain enterprise master data for various material types including concrete, cement, and aggregate•Communicate with internal and external customers to address issues and provide support for data quality and integrity improvements•Manage SAP Master Data Management request tool for new material requests ensuring proper decision-making on master data creation, data standardization, duplication checks, data field accuracy, and completeness while meeting new deadlines•Use SAP query and exported vendors and materials data in Excel file for analyzing and reporting purpose•Complete large database cleanup projects to ensure data integrity•Evaluate Canadian and USA vendors data from SAP and export to Excel in analyzing data using Pivot tables, Charts and Vlookup for monthly end business reports•Advise and raise awareness of any major master data-related issues as they occur in monthly reporting•Maintaine full electronic documentation to support master data creations, changes, and deletions
