As Head of the Commercial team, I am responsible for driving revenue from data partnerships across the financial, corporate and media/ad tech sectors.Other responsibilities include - - all elements of revenue generation, from building the commercial strategy, to executing strategic revenue partnerships with huge YOY growth. - working cross functionally with product and engineering to develop Gener8’s product offering and to ensure product/market fit across multiple verticals - building commercial and GTM strategy for Gener8’s data-as-a-service products- working within the leadership team to develop the company’s strategy and solve business challenges- refine and validate all elements of Gener8’s roadmap, including user growth, commercial product development and rewards strategy - pivoting between clients in the ad tech, corporate, consultancy and finance verticals, building expertise in each sector in order to effectively sell the right solution to satisfy their use cases

As the 2nd person hired in the UK, and #25 globally, I was initially responsible for establishing Spotify's advertising offering. As I start-up, I wore many hats and my second major role was in creative partnerships, which enabled brands to work with record labels and artists on the platform. Pioneered creative solutions on Spotify, including branded content, events, on-pack, and programming, which is still a baseline for our offerings today.
