As an experienced development professional, I specialize in leading high-quality adolescent and youth programming models that are effective in various settings, including in-school, out-of-school, and technology-based environments. My unwavering belief in the power of passion has helped me generate replicable models, resulting in several accolades for the programs I have led. I possess a diverse skill set, including program development, budgeting, content generation, training design, and facilitation.I am privileged to lead large-scale adolescent health and development programs, including sexual and reproductive health, in several states, such as Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal, and to contribute to the replication of similar models in other regions. The Udaan-Adolescence Education Program, which I lead in Jharkhand, has been selected by the World Health Organization in Geneva as a first-generation, at-scale program for global application, and it has also been recognized as one of India's most innovative practices in healthcare by the Ministry of Health.Furthermore, I am honored to be part of the national resource pools for the National Adolescent Health Program (Rastriya Kishore Swasthya Karyakram) and the School Health and Wellness Program, both of which were established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the National Council of Educational Research and Training, Government of India.
