Job Responsibilities:• Pre-Project Planning, feasibility study, preparing Project Proposal, Budget & BOQ, etc.• Liaise and Coordinate with all parties (Contactors, Consultants, Advisor & Government Agencies)• Review and vetting on the final design of the sub & superstructure of the industry. • Leading all the construction projects of Unitex Group as a team leader & handover them on time.• Prepare Project Master Program, arrange and organize all project meetings with different parties.• Details Estimation of Project Material (Structural), Prepare BOQ & Quotation for tendering process. • Resolve all structural issues and technical difficulties within the site and update drawing accordingly.• Prepare project work Methodology, Safe work procedure & implementation guideline for the contractor. • Schedule & organize material testing & reports & monitor material quality as per drawing.• Prepare and update Project weekly and monthly work schedules. Track schedules by closely monitoring contractors’ works and enforce them to stick to schedules.• Resolve any changes from Client requirements. Design and update drawings for Construction. • Verify Monthly Claim by contractors and update the Client about the actual work progress.

Job Responsibilities:• Developed public housing comprising 8 blocks of 26/47 storey residential building (total 1217 units), 1 block of 3-storey hawker center cum branch office, 2 blocks of multi-storey car park, commercial/ community facilities, precinct pavilion, ESS (Dawson C3)• Proposed public housing development comprising 4 blocks of 17-storey residential building (total 526 units), 1 block of multi-storey car park with ESS& precinct pavilion at Sumang walk (Punggol west c30)

Job Responsibilities: • Worked on the D&B Home Improvement Program (HIP- G11A) & Review Work Method of Statement (MOS), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), and weekly work schedule submitted by the contractor.• Inspection, supervision of all structural works (RC piling, Pile cap, Foundation works, Superstructural work, roofing, etc.), Architectural work (residential unit upgrading), Mechanical and Electrical works.

• Worked in the Lift Upgrading Project of HDB Blocks (LUP-65).
