Responsible for Strategy, Product, BI, PMO

 Responsible for leading Commercial (Sales, Marketing & Customer Care) towards attaining Business goal.  Responsible for leading Revenue Operations Management (ROM) and Revenue Assurance (RA)

 Develop detailed Business Plan (BP) annually, and convert BP goals and objectives into high-level strategic action plans Monthly/Quarterly analysis of BP targets (financials) with recommendation on Commercial strategy/activity to meet or exceed key high level targets Follow-up divisional KPIs and assist CEO to evaluate the same Lead/manage/support special projects as assigned by CEO with market overview, business model, positioning analysis, mid to long term strategy, internal re-organization etc.

 To formulate and manage 4P strategy for the Segment To develop the segment Road-map (Acquisition, Revenue Increasing, Service Campaign, Thematic Campaign etc.) and coordinate to implement campaigns as per Road-map to achieve business target (Net Add, Revenue, ARPU, Churn etc.) To identify the GAP in the value chain and secure that all departments are pulling their part to close the GAP To design and coordinate segment specific activities to achieve the desired positioning of the brand

 To develop and design campaigns for Business Segment and ensure Go-to-Market through coordinating with relevant stake holders as per road map To design and coordinate ATL & BTL activities to achieve the desired positioning of the brand

 To develop and design and run the campaigns in Trade for and ensure Go-to-Market  To design and coordinate Channel Partner Loyalty Scheme To support the Sales team through Merchandising in the Channel To organize Channel Training and Incentive programs
