In my most recent role, I was specially recruited to oversee change management and technology strategies as a leader in telecommunications and infrastructure. I oversaw all aspects of IT asset management, resource allocation, program development, and strategic planning for system migrations and upgrades. At Riverview Community School District, I led core technology programs and strategies as a technical team leader for a school district with over 2,800 students. I oversaw IT programs and strategies as a leader of four-member technical team, including district system security, student information systems, server administration, Active Directory, and network infrastructure planning and implementation. I drove maintenance and upgrades of end and peripheral devices, phone systems, and district website/software applications. I trained users and staff regarding system use, performed in-depth technical troubleshooting, and ensured active and reliable system operations. I allocated and managed IT resources, hardware, and budgets.
