Travis and I worked side by side on designing and implementing systems that include: CRM - ERP - Purchasing - Warehousing - International Franchising - Import - Export - Regulatory Compliance - HR - Recruiting - Team Development - and so much more. I’d do the “start-up” work and Travis would do the “operations work” (basically making sure the wheels don’t fall off the freight train of the company we were running!) We were training thousands of lash stylists per year in dozens of cities at a time, launching multiple franchises in countries per MONTH, recruiting staff exponentially for the head quarters, doing build-outs of warehouse and office space non-stop. Travis was always there, nights, weekends, whatever it took. There’s plenty of “smart” people in this world. Travis is definitely one of those - however, he’s also kind, generous, helpful, self-less and absolutely responsible and reliable - a rare combination of high intellect and high emotional intelligence needed to be a great leader.
