• Investigate QDs-based comb lasers for optical I/O, telecommunication, microwave photonics, and sensing applications.• Simulated, designed, and fabricated InAs quantum dots Lasers ( Ridge, DFB, mode-locked Lasers) on Si substrate via direct epitaxy growth using MBE and Pd-GaAs wafer bonding technology. • Investigate the III-V/Si/SiN butt-coupled integration platform. Several devices such as tunable lasers, self-injection locking lasers, comb lasers, and MRR integrated transmitters have been developed.•
