Drove 1M cash return vs AOP- Worked with sales, sourcing QA, legal and CSR to drive customer inquire – sourcing – contract – legal review – order entry process, reduced LT from 15days to 10days- Standardized supply chain CSR repeatable activity and utilized RPA (Robotic process automation) for efficiency improvement which helped improvement 600K saving annually

- Responsible for site lean performance scorecard and productivity projects to achieve productivity targets.- Drive end to end cycle time in Manufacturing, Logistic and Laboratory.- Follow up site KPIs on sustainability and RCCM. - Lead operation excellent & digitalization projects in a pharmaceutical environment.- Drive lean operation standard work, visual management, accountability meetings and culture improvement.- Onsite support suppliers' productivity and quality improvements. Support customer (hospital) requirement on lean perspective. Main Achievements- 10% of headcount reduction (30 of total 300HCs) via redesign filling lines operations labor process to reduce idle time, applied new standard for multi-skills and 800K investment for new semi-auto sealing and tray up machine on packaging lines.- 9% inventory reduction (1.6M of total 18M USD) in entire value stream by by analyzing inventory, setting minimum/maximum safety inventory, and driving team improvements to reduce receipt inspection and shipment times.- Standardized and improved warehouse planning, pack line efficiency on fast run, WMS integration, storage optimization to achieve 180K productivity.

- Responsible for site HOS system deployment. Managing and improve production standardization on both process and people responsibilities. - Drive Organization development through site learning plan, future organization, knowledge sharing & coaching practice. Coaching and leading shopfloor management team maturity and teach data analysis (OPE, PPM, Down time), rapid problem solving, waste observation (Kaizen) skills.- Responsible for the management of the production area, including safety, quality, delivery, equipment, improvement of production efficiency, personnel training and management.- Arrange production based on the production plan ensuring production progress, rationally deploying personnel and equipment, adjusting production layout and production load, and improving production efficiency.- Organize regular meetings and to coordinate within production line.
