I started out leading student wellbeing and engagement on University campuses.Spending countless hours of listening to students' struggles with academics and wellbeing, would teach me a lesson that paved the way for everything I do now.The lesson?💪🏼 People who feel cared for, valued, and that they belong - are empowered to achieve exceptional results Besides circumstantial or strategic reasons, at the core of every issue always seemed to be a social or emotional burden:❤️🩹Feeling lonely, ❤️🩹Unsupported, ❤️🩹Powerless,❤️🩹Inadequate,❤️🩹Overlooked…From then, I made a commitment to helping people get access to social and emotional environments that allow them to thrive.Which became my mission as an Education Board member, as I ventured into People & Culture consulting, and finally to what I do now…🗣️At Emote, I have worked with hundreds of leaders, teaching them how to connect and engage their people to achieve better results together.
