I established "Pojok Baca Saiyo" as a space for empowering and educating children to become literate, fostering programs that support children's education, and facilitating their personal development in the fields of science, social studies, arts, and religion. Subsequently, I also founded the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSMEs) "Rumah Tangga," which has produced a variety of culinary products, contributing to the local community's economic well-being. Some of the roles and responsibilities that I carry out are as follows:1. Determine the vision, mission and goals of the Saiyo Reading Corner2. Recruit several people to join the management or volunteers3. Develop real action plans and work programs4. Hold hearings with the government and other stakeholders to accelerate work programs5. Monitoring and evaluating program targets for each division in the Saiyo Reading Corner6. Develop steps for the long-term development of the Saiyo Reading Corner movement7. As a Genre Ambassador, I serve as a facilitator providing counseling and guidance to teenagers and the community regarding adolescent life planning. I also conduct outreach in the fields of health and personal development, collaborating with various other communities in social initiatives that benefit the public. Additionally, I organize numerous events, both locally and nationally, for Indonesian teenagers.

Key Responsibilities:The Genre Forum or Planning Generation Forum is a program under the auspices of the BKKBN which was initiated to run youth resilience programs, to prepare teenagers for life in the future, and to protect teenagers from problems and risks, to present quality teenagers as state assets in the future. The Genre Forum is integrated from the national, provincial, district and city levels, to sub-district and sub-district levels throughout Indonesia. During my time as Chair of the West Sumatra Genre Forum, the roles and responsibilities I carried out were as follows:1. Become a leader for 30 administrators spread across various work divisions2. Oversees 19 Regency and City Genre Forums in West Sumatra Province3. Become a partner of the West Sumatra BKKBN in implementing the Planning Generation program4. Develop a framework and determine the organization's strategic plan for two years of office5. Establish collaboration and develop networking of the West Sumatra Genre Forum with various collaborators including government, communities, influencers and other collaborators6. Strengthen synergy and integration with 19 regional Genre Forums to create and implement program innovations7. Develop adaptive, innovative, creative and inclusive work programs8. Strengthen the organization by planning human capital management in the Genre Forum organization9. During his tenure, 90 percent of the targets of the work program were successfully realized10. Together with 30 other administrators, we succeeded in making the Sumatra Indonesian Genre Forum the Best Genre Forum in Indonesia at the APPRECIATION OF INDONESIAN GENRE AMBASSADORS AND THE CREATIVITY EVENT JAMBORE held by GENRE INDONESIA together with BKKBN RI in 2022.
