I finished one project of electric dust change indicator for vacuum cleaner, and working on project of mite removal nozzle for vacuum cleaner. mite removal nozzle project is with 220k euro budget, global coorperate with companies in China, Hong Kong, US, Germany and Japan. as a project leader, the idea collection, concept generation and evaluation, sample making and functional tests were finished by myself. this project was already proposed to board of derictors and marketing department of Miele, with a good feedback. 1. work as a pre-development engineer, in charge of researching of technologies, innovation ideas issue, pre-development and testing; 2. work with other design engineers and develop engineers, responsible for develop new products and new functions for Miele, on usability, industrial design and compliance. propose new posible concepts, find solution to realize innovation ideas, collect and maintain relationship with potential suppliers and partners, realize and build sample of new concepts, discuss with lab engineers on specifications and test the function, then do the internal sales to marketing department and Board of Directors; 3. lead a pre-development team, mainly made up with oversea trainees, oversea programme R&D engineers, to work for develping innovative and modern functions for existing products. 4. discuss and negotiate concepts with colleagues from other R&D departments of Miele. 5. in charge of part of work shop, mainly in charge of sample making for predevelopment work, and 3D printer operation and maintenance.

as lab test engineer, i took apart in 3 projects during this time, dusting brush, new floor nozzle for both hard floor and carpet, and new product innovation project. in new floor nozzle project, the scenes to be used is similuted and created, customer behavior was analized and new specification were proposed and tested. 1. work as a lab test engineer in lab of R&D department in Miele, mainly work for development projects. 2. the main task is to surpport R&D engineers and other project menbers, to research on new products. research customers' behavior, put up risk analysis, propose possible solutions, design new test methods and standards. help R&D engineers to set down critical parametic data, dimensions and structure. 3. research in-company and new international standards and specifications, update local specifications. 4. release functional parts, negotiate with colleague from Lab and R&D department in other Miele factories
