Hi I am Zilai, but go by as Jane. I’m an enthusiastic assistant whose hobbies consists of being an audiophile, tending to my cat, educating learners with knowledge on IT support, and supporting my community/friends. Of course, my technical knowledge have expanded too with my years of experience with teaching. Skillful with Zendesk, Slack, Oracle, ServiceNow, simple troubleshooting, ITIL, and much more. Graduated an end user help desk course at Per Scholas and now work as an instructor assistant with them. I believe my skills in customer service, interest in helping others, and precise communication makes me a good candidate for whatever position I take up. Looking forward to stepping into the IT field and make a difference in the world.
