Excited to describe this work now that the product is publicly available. Joined as a co-founder to launch the new EC30 brand focused on improving the cleaning experience for people who place a high value on sustainability. EC30 was among the first brands at Procter & Gamble to debut the new dry fiber technology that reduced the footprint of cleaning products by removing all the liquid in the formula. This enabled multiple benefits - chemistry added to liquid products only to stabilize the formula could be removed; every ingredient removed also removes a supply chain for that ingredient in the footprint of the product; and by removing all liquid we could work on novel packaging solutions where previously only plastics could do the job. To the surprise of many internal and external stakeholders, EC30 succeeded to capture the interest of thousands of customers.In my role I established the supply chain for many of the packaging and fulfillment materials; created vendor relationships to run the operation of this brand; assembled off-the-shelf software with an entrepreneurial mindset (challenging inside a large enterprise); ran demand and supply planning processes; and worked to deliver quality consumer experience.I'm very proud of the work our team did to establish this brand and instigate adoption of this new product technology.
