• Extensive experience developing and optimizing ultrasensitive detection assays for detecting cancer biomarkers such as ctDNA and miRNAs using TIRF microscopy, smFRET and aqueous two-phase system (ATPS); The detection technique is called single-molecule recognition through equilibrium Poisson sampling (SiMREPS);• 7 years of hands-on experience operating wide-field fluorescence microscopes, specializing in TIRF microscopy, spectroscopic imaging, fluorescence quenching, smFRET, single-molecule detection;• 5 years of experience studying single-molecule imaging of DNA interactions with organosilane surface gradients using TIRF microscopy and single-molecule tracking;• Familiar with and hands-on experiences of surface modification techniques and its characterization methods such as XPS, Ellipsometry, WCA, etc; • Extensive AFM imaging hands-on experience;• Broad electrochemical analysis technical skills (e.g. CV, ACV, Chronoamperometry, etc.)• Abundant knowledge in chemical separation techniques (e.g. HPLC, GC, etc.) • Working experiences in data analysis tools (e.g. ImageJ, Igor, LabVIEW, etc.)• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
