- Corrected and verified invoice details by using Redmap; reduced costing exceptions in the system based on the information requested from clients. Successfully verified more than 3,000 invoices and 100 costing exceptions, as well as over 100 chargeback reports within a timespan of 3 months.- Identified whether clients' are using foreign currency by calculating the tax amount; also capable of identifying client location based on booking numbers. Improved the accuracy of invoice verification 2 times more efficiently than other interns in a competitive group of 10.

- Provided personal and corporate tax details for clients. Analyzed and learned from clients’ previous cases, based on their monthly information, as well as tax law requirements of the Australian Tax Office. Generated 6 tax reports for clients during a 3-month internship- Participated in weekly tax updates; attended monthly tax law classes; continually updated knowledge of tax issues, and prepared for any sudden adjustments. Participated in tax renewal classes 14 times during the internship; these included 11 weekly tax updates, and 3 tax law classes.- Accessed client’s accounting system (through Xero) to check whether the account amount and actual invoices amount matched; if the amount did not match, investigated the reason and helped the client to correct discrepancies. Ensured client accounts were accurate.
