As a Cyber Investigations Intern, I was a part of both the Digital Forensics team and the Recovery & Remediation team. On the Digital Forensics team, I have trained in tools such as Velociraptor, both Magnet Axiom Process & Examine, and FTK Imager to conduct digital forensic analysis to identify indicators of compromises (IoCs) on machine images affected by ransomware attacks. While working as part of the Recovery & Remediation team, I have contributed to and completed the development of a custom forensic Linux operating system that allows remote machine image collections.

Providing desktop support for staff and students across 9 departments by performing routine technical and customer service duties, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software technologies including Dell workstations, printers, Office 2016/365, Windows, Mac OS by performing office visits or remote troubleshooting sessions.During my time as an IT assistant, I have worked on many projects to improve IT operations such as developed automation workflows to automate the ticket submittal process to improve end-user support request experience along with technician issue tracking. Developed Powershell scripts to automate user data backup process, and created custom Windows 10 images for deployments to decrease time spent on manual configurations and backups.

Performing administration support duties related to gift and biographical data and general departmental functions. Scan, review, and files gift batches. Enters modifies and updates data into a database using a computer terminal, along with departmental projects relating to Advanced Databases.

As a waiter at the Super Texas Chicken and Rice, I was responsible for setting up maintaining Royal PS1500 POS cash register to improve order efficiency. Maintained high levels of customer satisfaction while designing and implemented seasonal promotions to increase sales.
