But here I am, leading team meetings, managing complex systems, and diving into the world of energy and tech with as much excitement as a kid building their first model rocket.At the heart of my work is my passion for problem-solving and making things better—whether it’s improving safety protocols with simulation integration, ensuring power plant systems are up to code, or simply making sure every project runs smoothly and efficiently. I’m all about results, but I’m even more about the people behind the process. Working with teams across different disciplines and seeing how our combined efforts can make a real-world impact is what keeps me energized.I believe in making things clear and simple (no funky jargon here!).
